Standing with one end of the therapy band under a foot and the other end wrapped around the opposite hand. Raise the arm straight out to the side parallel to the ground. Slowly lower the arm and then repeat.
Stepping on one end of the therapy band and grasp the other at the thigh. Keeping the arm straight, raise it parallel to the ground at approximately 30 degrees from the side at the shoulder. Slowly lower the hand back to the thigh and then repeat.
Upper arm at side, elbow bent at 90 degrees and forearm at a starting position away from the body. By rotating the shoulder, move the forearm inward till it’s in front of the body. Slowly return the forearm and then repeat.
Standing with one end of the therapy under the foot and the other end wrapped around the opposite hand with that palm facing and in front of the thigh of the foot that is stepping on the band. Elevate the arm in front of and across the body in a diagonal motion, as though a sword is being drawn and pointed toward the sky. Slowly lower to the starting position and then repeat.
Upper arm at side, elbow at 90 degrees and forearm at a starting position in front of the body. By rotating the shoulder, move the forearm away to the side. Slowly return forearm and then repeat.
