ABS CORE STRENGTH #2

In Core, TIPS EXERCISE STRETCHES

Dead Bugs:

Lying on the back with legs straight and arms at the sides, bring the knee towards the chest in the same motion as the arm is raised above the head. Lower the arm and leg as the opposite knee is brought towards the chest and as the opposite arm is raised over the head.

Plank:

Face down on the toes and forearms, body straight and abs contracted. Hold.

Therapy Band Chops Down to Up:

Grasping a therapy band with both hands out in front, rotate the torso as the hands are brought from a low to a high position.

Side Bridge from Knees:

On your side, resting on elbow and forearm as well as the knees with the legs bent. Elevate the hips off the ground, hold for a second, and then slowly lower hips until they almost touch the ground. Repeat.

Therapy Band Chops Up to Down:

Grasping a therapy band with both hands out in front, rotate the torso as the hands are brought from a high to a low position.
